As part of the awareness-raising training under the Endangered Species project, we met with a group of approximately 100 students in Mardin. On 22 May International Day for Biological Diversity, the project was introduced, and discussions were held on the topic of biological diversity. Additionally, interactive nature games were organised for the children to enjoy. While exploring the plant species in the area, the students had the opportunity to observe various species in Zınnar Vineyards, with the assistance of the authorities from the Nature Conservation and National Parks.
During the evaluation of the awareness raising training, in which teachers and parents participated along with the students, the students were asked what they can do to protect nature. Students aim to develop projects related to nature.
